Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning prioritises belonging and excellence, with a role focused on leading day-to-day centre operations and delivering high-quality care.

You will oversee curriculum, pedagogical documentation, and staff growth, while building strong ties with families and the local community. A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education is required, along with VIC checks and current safety training.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education, or above.
• VIC Working with Children Check, Police Check, PRODA.
• VIC Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training.
• HLTAID012 First Aid and CPR.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Experience leading and growing a team of Educators.
• Knowledge of systems including Humanforce, Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook, ISS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with children and team at the centre.
• Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit Educators.
• Build genuine connections with local families and networks.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Current VIC Working with Children's Check,Police Check + PRODA
• Current VIC Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
