Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to nurture young minds and support a collaborative team. The role emphasizes development through play, inclusive practice, and strong connections with children and families.

You will work across rotating shifts (6:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday) with ongoing professional development and safety obligations including First Aid, CPR and child protection training. A supportive culture and wellbeing initiatives are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an AnACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Must have a valid Working with Children Check and safety training.
• Must hold current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) and National Child Safety training certificates.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts; starts as early as 6:30 am and finishes by 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Care for, nurture and grow children’s minds.
• Support a team of Educators in meeting quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
• Develop learning experiences for children to learn through play.
• Collaborate and reflect with colleagues to achieve best practice.

About You:
