Queensland Childcare Services – Lowood QLD is seeking an Educational Leader to guide teaching teams and elevate early childhood practice across our Lowood centre. You will lead curriculum implementation, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to support young children's growth.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, up to 38 hours per week, with flexible hours and a pay rate up to $43 per hour plus super.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Room leader/Assistant Director experience is preferred.
• Coaching techniques to develop reflective practices.
• Support educators in planning and improvement.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.

We would love you to have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
• Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
• Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• A current Qld Blue Card
• Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
