Qualifications

• Proven Experience as a Centre Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Graduate Diploma/Masters of Teaching with relevant educator experience in Australia.
• Working with Children Check mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision to drive creativity and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative culture for staff.
• Recruitment, succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee budgets and agency spend for financial sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.
• Optimise rostering to ensure right people in the right places.
• Mentor and guide the team to reach their full potential.
