Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Centre Director.
• Proven history with implementing NQF, EYLF and Kindergarten guidelines.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

• Run daily operational components of the business.
• Report monthly to Owner on KPIs.
• Develop and mentor the team to achieve excellence.
• Manage budgets, ratios, rosters and staffing requirements.
