ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a purpose-built early learning centre in Australia. You will have autonomy to shape culture, build strong community connections, and drive enrolments from day one.
A supportive ownership team offers growth and recognition for delivering exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Children’s Services with 2+ years in a Centre Director role, strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Children's Services is required.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Centre Director role.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
- Experience building enrolments and community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence in building relationships with families and the community.
- Working with Children’s check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.
