Qualifications

• Diploma of Children’s Services required.
• 2+ years in Centre Director or Assistant CM role.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience building enrollments and engaging families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Current Working with Children Check and first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.

• Lead the centre and manage day-to-day operations.
• Grow enrolments and build community connections.
• Partner with owners to shape culture and strategy.
• Ensure child safety practices and compliance.
