Goodstart Evanston Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead the centre team and support the Centre Director in delivering high-quality early learning and care. You will mentor staff, build capability, and ensure smooth operations across the centre in the Director's absence.

You'll implement the Goodstart Practice Guide, collaborate with families, and engage with the local community to foster a thriving learning environment.

Employment Type: Full Time | 38 Hours Per Week | 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Pay: $42.38 - $43.76 | Depending on Qualifications and Experience

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Evanston Park, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
