Job summary

Goodstart Parkdale is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a 60-place centre full-time on a 12-month fixed-term with leave coverage. You will guide teachers and educators, drive the bespoke learning program, and ensure strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

You will deliver governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning to grow attendance and revenue while maintaining high-quality early learning outcomes. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACE CQA approved).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. Tucked away in a quiet, leafy pocket of Parkdale, Goodstart Parkdale is a welcoming 60-place centre where every child can feel safe, seen and celebrated. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join our team in a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position.

You’ll need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (approved qualification by ACECQA)
