Job summary

QuickCare is seeking a Centre Director for a Not-for-Profit Early Learning Service in North Sydney. You will lead the operation of a 60-place service, drive educational quality, and oversee budgets and occupancy with a focus on preserving an Exceeding rating.

You’ll manage a stable team, engage families and the Board, and lead compliance with the National Law, Regulations and NQS while benefiting from a generous above-award salary and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Previous experience as Centre Director, Assistant Director or 2IC.
• Strong knowledge of National Law, Regulations, EYLF and NQS.
• Proven leadership, financial and people-management skills.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (paid employee).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
