Job summary

Mini Masterminds Lidcombe is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead daily operations, drive high-quality education and care, and foster a collaborative team culture. You'll mentor educators, partner with families, ensure NQF and standards compliance, and work with head office to achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience in senior leadership within Early Childhood Education.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure high-quality care.
• Inspire and mentor educators to achieve professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Build relationships with children, families, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
