We're seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead a beautiful, boutique 28-place early learning centre in Sefton. What you'll be responsible for:

As Centre Director, you'll take ownership of the centre's overall performance, educational quality and team culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of educators.
• Building a positive workplace culture where educators feel supported, valued and motivated to grow.Driving educational excellence and continuous improvement across the service.
• Maintaining strong compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing staffing, rostering, enrolments, budgets and daily operations.

• Partnering with the Approved Providers to shape the centre's ongoing development and success.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be a confident, people-focused leader who understands that a great centre is built on a great team. You’re passionate about early childhood education, committed to high standards and able to balance strong leadership with genuine care for the people around you.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Previous leadership experience in an early learning setting, ideally as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• An ACECQA-approved early childhood education and care qualification.
• Excellent communication, organisation and people-management skills.
• The ability to lead compliance, educational quality and operational performance.
• A current NSW Working With Children Check, First Aid qualifications and Child Protection training.
