anzuk Education seeks an experienced Centre Director for a warm, well‑established centre in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs. You will lead a close‑knit team of educators, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Centre Director.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standard.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Working With Children Check and RHHAN-EC.
• Warm, approachable leadership style and ability to build relationships with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a close-knit team of educators and teachers.
• Ensure the centre remains a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
• Work closely with the Assistant Director to manage day-to-day operations.
• Foster meaningful learning experiences and strong family connections.

Located in the northern suburbs, this centre is a warm and welcoming place where families, children, and educators feel truly connected. With cosy indoor rooms, nurturing play spaces, and a natural outdoor environment, the Centre offers an inviting setting that reflects the heart of the local community.
The team is passionate about relationship‑based care, meaningful learning experiences, and maintaining strong, trusted connections with families.

The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a warm, experienced Director to lead this close‑knit team of educators and teachers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll mentor, guide, and uplift your team while ensuring the Centre remains a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
The Centre is fully staffed with a friendly and capable team who are excited for supportive leadership. You’ll also be working closely with an experienced Assistant Director to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
