Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a purpose-built early learning centre in Australia. You will have autonomy to shape culture, build strong community connections, and drive enrolments from day one.

A supportive ownership team offers growth and recognition for delivering exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Children’s Services with 2+ years in a Centre Director role, strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children's Services is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Centre Director role.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• Experience building enrolments and community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence in building relationships with families and the community.
• Working with Children’s check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.

About You! – The Ideal Candidate
