ANZUK Education is partnering with a leading Perth early childhood service to appoint an experienced Centre Director. The 98-place centre in Perth’s Eastern Suburbs is entering a growth phase and seeks a passionate leader to shape culture, drive quality outcomes and lead the service through Assessment & Rating.

The role offers full-time leadership on site, strong operational support from an established organisation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the local community while

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within an Early Childhood setting.
• Experience leading services through compliance, quality improvement and Assessment & Rating processes.
• Confident managing teams and creating positive workplace cultures.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with families and educators.
• Solutions-focused, resilient and highly organised.
• Ability to lead with empathy, accountability and professionalism.

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of educators.
• Maintaining a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Building strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Driving occupancy growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintaining compliance and quality standards across the service.
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members where required.
• Preparing and leading the centre through Assessment & Rating.
• Coaching and supporting the Educational Leader once appointed.
• Partnering with support office to achieve operational and quality objectives.
• Ensuring children receive outstanding educational programs and care.

Having opened its doors last year, this modern service is entering an exciting stage of growth and development, making it the perfect opportunity for a passionate leader looking to leave their mark on a centre’s future.
