Goodstart Proserpine is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow the centre’s performance. You will oversee program delivery, staff development, and stakeholder engagement with families and the local community.

You will drive high-quality outcomes for children, ensure financial and operational efficiency, and contribute to case leadership with the area support network. This role is a fixed-term full-time position at the Proserpine centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education required or working towards.
• Experience leading change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged areas.
• Proven commercial and operational performance management.

Employment Type: 12 months Fix Term Full Time – 38 Hours

Pay: $58.38 - $71.79 per hour, based on qualification and experience

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

You’ll Need

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services

• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
