Goodstart Proserpine is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow a Not-for-Profit early learning centre in Proserpine, QLD. You will guide educators, drive enrolments, and ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.

You will deliver innovative learning programs, manage commercial performance, and mentor a dedicated team within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.

Employment Type: 12 months Fix Term Full Time – 38 Hours

Pay: $58.38 - $71.79 per hour, based on qualification and experience

You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:
