Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Centre Director for the Nambour – City View Terrace site. You will lead the leadership team, develop outstanding educational programs, and nurture relationships with families and the local community to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee staffing, budget, and operations, ensuring a sustainable, compliant and community-focused centre. This role offers a competitive salary with benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Strong commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management experience.
• Proven leadership capability and ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

About the role

As Centre Director at Goodstart Nambour – City View Terrace, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, guiding the operation of the centre while supporting and developing Teachers, Educators, and future leaders.

You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community while ensuring the centre delivers exceptional educational outcomes and operates as a sustainable, high-performing business.

In this role, you'll:

Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice

Build and mentor a talented team of early learning professionals

Foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders

Plan for the future success of the centre by building attendance and maintaining a sustainable business

Drive high-quality outcomes for children and families
