Goodstart Gateshead is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and develop our Goodstart Gateshead centre in NSW, Australia. You will guide teachers and educators, build strong relationships with families and communities, and drive the centre's learning program and growth.

You will deliver a bespoke learning program, develop your team, and plan for the centre's future with a focus on attendance, revenue, and high-quality outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

Pay:$59.79 to $71.79 per hour plus Super

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

You’ll need:
