Job summary

Goodstart East Bunbury is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a 96-place early learning centre. You will steer a learning program, develop and mentor staff, and drive centre growth while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment close to Bunbury CBD.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, change-management experience, and strong commercial/operational capabilities. Great benefits and leadership support are provided.

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience with leading and managing change within education.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Pay: From $58.38 p/h + super + bonuses (depending on qualification and experience)
