Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Semaphore Park in Adelaide seeks an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow a small, community-focused early learning centre. You will mentor Teachers and Educators, nurture strong connections with children, families, and the local community, and drive high-quality educational outcomes.

You will implement our bespoke learning program with global pedagogical partners, plan future initiatives, ensure attendance growth, and manage a commercially viable operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Responsibilities

• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering reflective practice and improvement.

Pay: $53.14 to $59.17 - depending on qualification and experience

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice

Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement

Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline andandmaintaininga revenue-generating business
