Job summary

Goodstart Morayfield is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow the centre, guiding a large team, and driving high-quality early learning outcomes. You will oversee program delivery, operations, and financial performance to ensure sustainable centre success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training and Advanced Child Safety Training (Geccko platform).

Location: Goodstart Morayfield (located on the traditional land of the Gubbi Gubbi people)

Employment Type: Full-Time 38hrs (fixed term till October 2027)

Pay: From $58.38 - depending on qualification and experience

You’ll Need
