Goodstart in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a vibrant early learning centre. You will guide teachers and educators, nurture relationships with children and families, and drive high-quality learning experiences aligned with our pedagogical program.

Based in Narre Warren North, this full-time role emphasizes leadership, financial stewardship and community engagement to sustain a thriving centre and positive child outcomes.

Competenze

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

You’ll need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
