Goodstart Logan Village is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and develop our team of educators. You will drive the learning program, nurture relationships with children and families, and guide the centre's growth to deliver outstanding outcomes.

You will manage operations with commercial acumen, ensure high-quality service, and support staff development while upholding child safety and wellbeing standards.

Competenze

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged areas.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko).

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

You’ll need:
