Job summary

Goodstart Springvale South is seeking a Centre Director to lead and develop the centre, guiding educators and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.

You will deliver a bespoke learning program, build a strong team, and drive strategic planning to grow attendance and sustain a revenue-generating operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Experience leading and managing change in education or health sectors.
• Commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

Pay: $61.17 - $62.58 per hour

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

You’ll Need

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
