Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Moama is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our learning team, guide teachers and educators, and nurture strong relationships with children, families and the community.

You will deliver learning programs, build a high-performing team, and work with your centre to plan for the future, while ensuring a financially sustainable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

About Goodstart Moama:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Moama is situated in the heart of the Riverina in a residential area close to schools, shops and local amenities.

Our centre’s team is focused on achieving the highest possible quality of care by providing a variety of detailed and aesthetically pleasing activities for children aged six weeks to six years.

You’ll need:
