Goodstart Fernvale is seeking a Centre Director to lead our team of educators and drive the day-to-day operation of the centre in Fernvale, Queensland. Deliver our bespoke learning program, build a high-performing team, and ensure strong relationships with children, families and the local community.

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Pay: From $58.38 - depending on qualification and experience
