Goodstart Fernvale, Queensland, invites an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow a 74-place centre. You will guide educators, deliver the bespoke programme, and strengthen ties with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Location: Fernvale QLD (located on the traditional lands of the Yuggera and Jagera peoples)

Centre: Goodstart Fernvale

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time-38hrs a week

Pay: From $58.38 - depending on qualification and experience
