Job summary

Goodstart Salisbury North is seeking an Educational Leader to collaborate with Educators, observe and enhance educational programs for children, and deepen the team’s understanding of child development and EYLF. You will guide practice with centre leadership and lead transformative changes to champion excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership of change in education, alignment with standards, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive, not-for-profit community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current SA Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Responsibilities

• Observe, review and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children.
• Guide application of the Early Years Learning Framework within the team.

Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $41.74 to $43.00 depending on qualification and experience + Educational Leader Allowance of $2.81 per hour
