Job summary

Imagine Education Group in Adelaide, Australia, is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead our childcare and early education team. You will manage daily operations, provide strategic staff leadership, and ensure high-quality learning programs for children.

You will oversee rosters, financials within budget, and foster strong relationships with families and the local community, while supporting the growth of our educators in a purpose-built, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree approved by ACECQA is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Centre Director in early childhood.
• Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Solid understanding of EYLF, NQS and QIP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with legislation and policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.
• Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team.
• Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
• Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre within budget guides.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

About your new role

A little about you

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA.

Minimum 1 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
