Expect A Star in Burleigh is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead day-to-day operations, guide a warm, collaborative team, and uphold a high-quality early learning environment. You will partner with families, ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS, oversee governance and policy adherence, and drive ongoing professional development with strong leadership support from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification).
• Prior director experience essential.
• Extensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Effective communication with team, families and community.
• Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices.
