Job summary

Kidscape Early Learning Centre is a 5-room childcare centre in NSW seeking an experienced centre leader to manage operations, staffing, and community engagement. You will drive educational programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a stable team.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from AU$110,000 to AU$140,000 plus super, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and performance-based bonus opportunities. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Valid Working with Children Check (NSW) – employer pays if needed.
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
• Leadership experience as Centre Director or senior 2IC.
• Strong communication, community engagement, and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, recruitment, rostering, and professional development.
• Drive high-quality educational programming and regulatory compliance.
• Build occupancy through community outreach and local marketing.
• Oversee budget, operational reporting, and quality improvement plans.
• Mentor staff and support team hands-on when needed.
