The role The Major Account Manager –JCB focuses on developing and maintaining relationships across an established portfolio of major accounts at a State level. You’ll spend most of your time servicing the Top 10 major accounts, encompassing market‑leading rental businesses with national footprints and selected major industrial and infrastructure companies. The role is responsible for ensuring they receive an exceptional customer experience alongside uncovering new opportunities for growth.
Alongside managing these accounts, you’ll also prospect rental businesses to generate new business, offering a great chance to sharpen your commercial instincts and build confidence in B2B sales.
This role is ideal for a sales professional at any stage of their career: from a recent graduate to a sales pro, or maybe you are someone ready to step from customer service into a sales engineering pathway.
