SOLLOS Estate in Bowen, Queensland invites you to join our Experiences Team to help operate the cellar door and engage guests across the region. You will host tastings, lead tours, and participate in markets and events, building Australia's first large-scale agave spirit brand from paddock to glass.

The role spans cellar door F&B, in-store tastings, farm and distillery tours, and off-site events, with opportunities to develop craftsmanship in cocktails, storytelling, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, cellar door, retail or tourism experience is required.
• Warm, confident communicator who can host groups and tell a brand story.
• Interest in cocktails and willingness to learn.

Job description

As a key member of the Experiences Team, you'll support the day to day running of the cellar door and represent SOLLOS Estate across the Whitsundays region. You'll host guests, pour tastings, guide tours, run markets and events, and help bring Australia's emerging agave spirit category to life. This is a dynamic, multi stream role with responsibilities across cellar door F&B, in store bottle shop tastings, farm, distillery and tour hosting, and farmers markets, trade shows and events.

Key responsibilities

Table and counter service, guest hosting, and food and beverage service at the cellar door

Making and promoting signature Aussie Margarita offerings

Running tastings at retail partners and representing SOLLOS off site

Guiding visitors through the agave farm, distillery and tasting experience

Sharing the SOLLOS story and production process

Pouring, hosting and building brand presence across Bowen, Airlie Beach and Proserpine at farmers markets, trade shows and events

Cellar door F&B service Wednesday-Saturday; Sundays for bookings/events

Farm, distillery and tour hosting Thursday-Saturday; Sundays for bookings/events

About you

Own car and valid driver's licence

Hospitality, cellar door, retail or tourism experience

Warm, confident communicator who can host groups and tell a brand story

Interest in cocktails and willingness to learn

Curiosity about agave spirits and production

Current RSA or willingness to obtain

Duty management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
