The Goodies is a growing hospitality group known for thoughtful food and warm service across venues in Sydney. We are seeking dedicated chef de parties to join our kitchen teams and help drive high-energy service with produce-driven menus.

You should have at least two years’ experience in a similar role at a quality restaurant, with pans/grill work and CDP-level experience leading a section and training juniors. Enjoy growth, a supportive team, and member perks across the group.

Formación

• At least two years' experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.
• Previous pans/grill experience essential.
• CDP level experience in managing a section and training junior staff.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Great interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
