Westpac Group is seeking a proactive Team Assistant for the Chief Data and Analytics Office in Sydney. You will provide coordination, administration and operational support to multiple Heads of the CDAO division, using Copilot and AI tools daily to boost productivity.

The role focuses on team enablement, building relationships, and solving practical problems in a fast-paced environment, supporting meetings, events and communications across the data and analytics function.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role and hands-on with Copilot, AI productivity tools, workflow automation or process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Ability to build relationships in a fast-paced environment across data, digital, technology or financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, workshops, town halls, offsites and team events.
• Coordinate travel, expenses, invoices and administrative requests following Group processes.
• Communicate key messages consistently and support celebrations, recognition and team events.
• Coordinate activities involving multiple leaders, teams and stakeholders with clear ownership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
