Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking a Security Control Room Operator for our Brisbane site. You will monitor CCTV and security systems, respond to incidents, and provide high-quality service to clients in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid QLD Security Licence and RSA in place at commencement.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required and current.
• Full NSW or QLD Driver Licence (as applicable) is required.
• White Card and Fire Warden certification or willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain is required.
• Ability to pass LLND test and work a 24/7 rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and physical security systems in a control room environment.
• Conduct regular visible patrols and respond to incidents promptly.
• Provide customer assistance and welfare support to vulnerable people.
• Maintain situational awareness and report suspicious activity; participate in drills.
• Prepare logs, reports, and escalate incidents as needed.
• Operate ACESGroup technology platforms for safety and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records in digital systems and coordinate with precinct partners.
