Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking a Security Control Room Operator to join our team at South Bank in Brisbane. The role focuses on monitoring CCTV, maintaining safety, and delivering professional security services in a crowded venue.

Responsibilities include incident response, reporting, and collaboration with precinct partners. Required licenses and certifications must be current or pursued with our support. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) test required before interview.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• QLD Security Licence (or willing to obtain).
• RSA Competency Card required (or willing to obtain).
• Full QLD Driver Licence.
• White Card (or willing to obtain).
• Fire Warden (or willing to obtain).
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and physical security systems from the control room.
• Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents.
• Provide customer assistance and welfare support.
• Maintain reports and logs; escalate incidents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and ACESGroup standards.
• Operate ACESGroup technology platforms for safety reporting.
• Collaborate with team and precinct partners to improve efficiency.
