Experience in restaurant operations or catering coordination, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential. NSW Food Safety Supervisor cert is required. Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations, catering coordination or hospitality supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when checking orders, labels and dietary requirements.
• Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage several priorities under pressure.
• NSW-recognised Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Knowledge of current food safety regulations and daily operation requirements, including handling, hygiene and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate catering orders from enquiry through to delivery, confirming quantities and delivery details.
• Communicate production requirements and deadlines to the kitchen.
• Prepare and print labels, verify dietary/allergen info and correct packing before dispatch.
• Coordinate delivery to ensure on-time arrival and professional presentation.
• Maintain food quality, portions, presentation, and consistency across orders.
• Assist with rostering front-of-house and kitchen staff to meet service demands.
• Support lunch service with friendly customer service and teamwork.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow corporate catering.
