• Action catering requests from business representatives.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers for catering orders.
• Set up and clear rooms between meetings.
• Monitor stock in the catering kitchen and reorder supplies.
• Manage expenses and reconcile ad-hoc catering purchases.
• Accommodate ad-hoc after-hours events on site.
