Job summary

ASX Sydney is seeking a Customer Floor & Catering Services Coordinator to coordinate bookings for customer floor and event spaces, greet guests, and support catering and room setup. You will work as part of the National Facilities team based in Sydney, ensuring smooth delivery of services across ASX sites.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate event or catering settings, reception experience, barista skills, and formal certificates in alcohol service and food handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate event and/or catering roles.
• Reception experience including switchboard & meeting room management.
• Barista and silver service experience.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling Certificate.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and concierge services.
• Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Respond to emails, messages and calls promptly.
• Greet guests and ensure professional presentation.
• Organise catering requests and dietary requirements.
• Liaise with hosts on room setups and readiness.
• Maintain high standards of room presentation at all times.
• Lead provisioning for beverages and snacks for meetings.
• Assist with housekeeping and setup of rooms as needed.
• Process invoices and credit card transactions in a timely manner.
