Job summary

Beaumont Tiles is seeking a highly organized Category Support Coordinator to join our Buying team in Adelaide. You will manage product data, coordinate supplier documentation and assist with launches across multiple projects.

Reporting to the Trend Analyst and Product Launch Manager, you will ensure accurate information, support campaigns, and help drive category administration while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple data sets.
• Proactive with strong administration and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product information for upload into our business systems.
• Coordinate supplier documentation and trading agreements.

Job Description

Beaumont Tiles is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Category Support Coordinator to join our Buying team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across product launches, supplier coordination, data management and category administration while gaining exposure to a broad range of products and business functions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Trend Analyst and Product Launch Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our Category Managers through the preparation and maintenance of product information, supplier agreements and key administrative processes. You'll collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products are launched accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare product information for upload into our business systems
• Coordinate supplier documentation and trading agreements
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather required information
• Support category projects, product rollouts and commercial activities
• Assist with campaign and promotional administration
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and process information
• Apply a proactive improvement mindset by identifying and suggesting practical ways to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency
