Endeavour Group seeks an Assistant Business Planning Manager to drive category plans for Pinnacle Drinks Spirits, including owned and international exclusive brands. You will collaborate with planning, sourcing, supply, and retail teams to translate strategy into commercial actions and promotions.

You will analyze profitability, manage forecasts, and lead improvements in NPD tracking and category performance. Hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne with strong FMCG exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of category, pricing, and/or promotional management experience.
• Extensive commercial experience in FMCG manufacturing and/or retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding and data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across a complex organization.
• Advanced Excel/Office and experience with SAP, JDA, or GCP; Power BI and WSET qualifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and working capital targets through portfolio, pricing, and promotional planning and category analyses.
• Deliver standardised reporting and forecasting tools with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead process improvements for NPD tracking, promotions, and category performance.
• Support category reviews, NPD initiatives, product lifecycle management, and in-store execution.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders across matrix teams to drive results.
