Zusammenfassung

Asahi Beverages is seeking a senior Commercial Planning lead to own RTD, Spirits & Non-Alc planning across Australia and NZ, aligning Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and Supply Chain to translate forecasts into growth.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Planning & RGM, you will lead one direct report, drive the IBP rhythm, and apply insight, pricing and activation decisions to improve share and financial outcomes for a dynamic beverage portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ commercial experience in FMCG or consumer business.
• Background in senior account management, marketing or category management.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L, forecasting and causal impacts.
• Confident negotiator and storyteller with strong stakeholder influence.
• Comfortable working with assumptions, ambiguity and incomplete data.

• Lead category planning and performance governance across IBP forums.
• Translate product, pricing, promotion and activation plans into outcomes.
• Track forecasts, risks and opportunities, recommending practical actions.
• Align cross-functional teams and present clear recommendations to leaders.
