Pernod Ricard is seeking an Assistant Category Manager in Sydney. You will deliver analytics, category insights and customer content to drive smarter commercial decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Marketing to shape strategies and performance reporting.

The role focuses on strong data-driven insights, with experience in FMCG and category support, and offers a hybrid work model with two remote days per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using industry data/dashboards.
• Experience in FMCG/liquor category management or commercial strategy.
• Proficient in data reporting tools and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Create compelling customer content including category reviews and monthly performance summaries.
• Analyze retailer, banner and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Track competitor activity and market performance to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to shape channel/category strategies and plans.
• Support Head of Commercial Excellence Pacific with reporting and executive recommendations.
