Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Business Planning Manager to support category plans for Pinnacle Drinks Spirits, spanning owned brands and international exclusive partners. You will work closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Brand partners to translate strategy into actionable commercial initiatives.

The role focuses on commercial and financial support, reporting, forecasting, and process improvements to drive profitability and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in category, pricing, and/or promotional management.
• Extended commercial experience in FMCG manufacturing/retail roles.
• Strong commercial acumen including P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and working capital targets through effective portfolio, pricing, and promotional planning.
• Deliver and maintain standardised reporting and planning tools, and build accurate demand forecasts.
• Lead process and reporting enhancements for NPD tracking, promotions, and category performance management.
• Collaborate across teams on category reviews, NPD initiatives, lifecycle management, range optimisation, and in-store execution.
• Foster effective cross-functional and supplier relationships across matrix teams.
