Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking a commercially minded National Accounts leader to own major hospitality groups, cruise lines and duty-free channels across Australia. You will shape customer strategy, negotiate terms and lead a small team to deliver sustainable growth.

Working with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you will develop Joint Business Plans, forecast demand and drive activation plans to meet sales, profit and volume targets.

Qualifications

• Proven national/key account management experience with major customers.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with national pub groups, cruise lines and duty-free customers.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans delivering value for customers and Asahi.
• Deliver sales, profit and volume targets across your portfolio.
• Negotiate trading terms, pricing, promotions, and activation plans.
• Identify growth opportunities via insights, innovation, and collaboration.
• Lead and develop a KAM and KAE, fostering high performance.
