Job summary

Amazon Australia’s Third-Party Seller Services team seeks a Category Development Manager to shape and grow the Business, Industrial & Scientific Supplies, Automotive and Business Essentials categories for both 3P sellers and customers.

In this strategic, hands-on role you will drive selection depth, growth targets and the CX/SX roadmap while collaborating with Product, Marketing and Seller teams to unlock conversion and expand the catalog.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years in program/category/key account management in e-commerce/retail tech/SaaS.
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
Experience in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Build robust mechanisms for selection depth and breadth monitoring across your assigned categories.
Own the end-to-end selection growth strategy, setting measurable targets and reporting on progress.
Drive the execution of the BISS/Automotive/Business Essentials selection expansion plan, delivering through others across OOC and Domestic sellers, and through both one-to-one and one-to-many channels.
Influence the CX and SX tech product roadmap by working backwards from the Voice of the Customer and the Voice of the Seller, prioritising launches with the highest impact on unlocking selection and conversion.
Drive CX and SX product/feature launches, go-to-market and continuous improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Seller Account Management and Seller Support teams.
