The PSA acts as the primary link between the customer, Caterpillar, and WesTrac‑ensuring accurate information flow, consistent documentation, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on strengthening preventative maintenance strategies, enhancing equipment effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to reduce overall operating costs.
