Hawkesbury City Council seeks a casual Visitor Information Centre staff member based in Richmond to assist visitors with information and services. The role supports tourism activities and requires flexible hours, including busy periods and leave coverage.

You will engage with the public, stakeholders and customers, delivering accurate information using online and print media. A Certificate III/IV in Tourism and a valid First Aid certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism or visitor services or customer-focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cash handling and basic reconciliation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist in providing visitor information to the public and tourists.
• Cover shifts and be available for varying hours including busy periods.
• Support Council’s tourism activities and destination promotion.
